His family will be having a private service, with burial at Limestone Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his son, John “TT” Kennedy; daughter, Kelly Gaines; grandchildren: Emily Gaines, Patrick Kennedy and Allie Kennedy; and great-grandchildren, Wesley and Audrey Kennedy.
Preceding him in death are his wife, Marie Kennedy; son, Mark Kennedy; two brothers and four sisters; and his parents, Gus and Calidonia Kennedy.
