She is survived by Her Daughter: Leah Fogg, Son: Raymond Parker, 3 Grandchildren: Benjamin Fogg (Hannah), Katie Fogg Mills (Nich), and Anna Fogg Mulligan (Shawn).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband; Melvin Howard Parker, and Son-in-law; Ray Martin Fogg.
No Funeral Service is planned at this time.
The burial will be in the Peninsula Memorial Park Cemetery in Newport News, Virginia.
