Mrs. Phillips was a daughter of the late Ernest and Mamie Sorrow Strickland and the widow of Henry Jerry Phillips.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 26 from 6-8 p.m. at Bernstein Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 27 at 11 a.m. at Nicholson City Cemetery.
