Born in Fort Monmouth, NJ and raised in Athens, GA, Mrs. Shutt was the daughter of the late Dale Watson Montgomery and Jane Clary Montgomery. She retired from the University of Georgia’s Center for Continuing Education as an administrative assistant.
Survivors include husband, Bruce T. Shutt of St. Simons Island, GA, daughter, Lauren Ringwall and husband, Mark of Flowery Branch, GA, and son, Thomas Shutt and husband, James Arnold of Atlanta, GA.
Funeral services will be held 2PM Thursday, February 19th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Wednesday, February 18th at Bernstein.
