Connie moved to Athens in 1994 to be near family. Her employment as a receptionist with the U.S. Forest Service and then with the Athens Community Council on Aging (ACCA) gave her joy.
She leaves behind many friends and family including two daughters: Lori and Suzanne; two grandchildren: Chris and Mary; and a nephew, Clyde.
There will be a private memorial service in Massachusetts at a later date.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their kindness and support.
