Elaine will be remembered for the deep love she had for her grandchildren, her special bond with animals—especially her horses, which brought her great joy throughout her life—and the cherished time she spent with family at the beach.
She is survived by her two sons, Sean (Kristin) Hess and Michael Hess; her grandchildren, Joshua Hess, Dakota Hess, Lauren Hess, Michael Hess, Jr., and Garrett Hess; and her nephews, Mark Albertson and Brian (Kristin) Albertson; along with many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Edna Sailors; her sister, Sonja Albertson; and her brother, Buster Sailors.
The family asks that "Yami" be remembered for the love she had for her family.
