Born in San Francisco, CA, Mr. Ozier was an avid guitarist and music lover.
Survivors include father, Will Ozier of Vacaville, CA; mother and stepfather, Sherry and Douglas Baker of Watkinsville; brother, Bryan Baker of Athens; and half-brother, Jason Ozier of Oregon.
No services are planned at this time.
