A native of Canton, OH, Mr. Sanford was the son of the late Glenn and Flora Robinson Sanford. He was a retired owner/operator of Baskin Robbins for 21 years in Canton, OH.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Scott Sanford of Athens; children, Larry Richard Sanford of Athens, Vicky Lynn Miller of Jupiter, FL, Scott Edward Sanford of Massillon, OH, and Karen Jane Marsh of Massillon, OH; brother, Jack Sanford of Massillon, OH; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandsons.
A memorial service will be held 4PM Sunday, August 15th at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev David Heller officiating.
