Born in Clarke County, Mrs. Ragland was the daughter of the late Charlie and Fannie Mae Prather Ross and was preceded in death by her husband, George David Ragland. She was a retired bookkeeper with Golden Pantry and was a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son David Ragland and Wife Gail of Comer, sister, Hazel Hardy of Albany, grandchildren Brittney Singley, Brancey Singley and Jessica Hill; one great grandchild Scarlett Perry and a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held 3PM Sunday, November 21, at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Nash and Rev. Thomas Dial officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3PM at the funeral home.
