Sheila Fix Roberson

Sheila Fix Roberson passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022. Sheila was born with her twin sister, Shirley, on August 23, 1946, in Lexington, Virginia. Upon graduating Mary Washington College, she married Larry Roberson and had two boys, Scott and Matthew. She worked for UGA's College of Pharmacy for more than 30 years. Never resting, she devoted her time and resources to her family, her friends, her travels, her interests, and her work. To say that Sheila and Shirley were close is an understatement of the highest order. They spoke daily, sharing every aspect of their lives, providing mutual love and support through the ups and downs of their lives. She will be greatly missed by those who love her and survive her: Shirley and David, Scott and Andi, Matthew and Suzanne, Anna and Sam, Dylan and Gillian, all her friends and colleagues.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Day Chapel at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia on August 21, 2022, at 6:30 pm. All are welcome! Please dress in your most colorful clothes. We shall celebrate her life in the manner in which she lived it—with color and vigor and love!
