Vivian was my "Aunt Bee". She worked tirelessly to keep her family (my wonderful cousins) fed, clothed, and a roof over their heads. She will be sorely missed, without a doubt. One of my best memories may seem like it isn't about Aunt Bee, but without her, it would have never happened. My cousin Allen and I, back in the 1970's, were both cooks (among other things) at national chain restaurants. We had alway said we needed to team up and open a restaurant ourselves. Well, as it happens, Aunt Bee had a short-order roadside kitchen in a trailer, in or near the Elberton area. Cousin Allen and I went to see Aunt Bee at her kitchen. She needed to leave to get some supplies, and left Allen and I there to run the "store". We didn't do too bad for ourselves, if I do say so myself. However, it would never have happened, if Aunt Bee didn't have that kitchen. Thank You Aunt Vivian. You were (and still are) a great lady, and I will miss you immensely. It was my great honor to be one of your pall-bearers. With Much Love, from your nephew, Keith.

Mom loved everybody and was so selfless and generous with her time and material things. She worked harder than any person I have ever known. Mom also loved animals very much. She wished to be near her own dear Mother and now they are both together happily in Heaven. Mother also suffered more than any person I have ever seen. She did so with grace and strength of will. She always spoke to everybody and had a cheerful "hello!" through it all.I know God was with her through her suffering and has spirited her away to Heaven to be with her own Mom. I love you Mom.

Dear Vivian, I never met you, but I have had the privilege of the friendship of your son Allen and his family. Your granddaughter looks exactly like you. God bless your soul.

Vivian came to her Bogart High School Alumni meeting a couple of years ago, and I have three great pictures of her. Janet Luke (Bobby, Bogart Phone.)She was so happy that day, and we enjoyed her company...We will miss her too.

What do you say to a woman who saved, and changed, your life forever? Who also raised and nurtured you? You are and will be missed and loved by me, Alison, and little Maddy who will grow up to the stories of her amazing great grandmother who loved so deeply even to the very end. I love you grandma and hope that I can live up to the example of your life.
