Charles D. Higman, Sr. 86, of Atlanta, died November 1, 2014. Mr. Higman is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rose Marie Higman, son and daughter in law, Dean and Mary Jane Higman and 4 grandchildren, Charles Higman, Kyle Peacock, Kasey Peacock, Corey Higman. A graveside service will be held Thursday, November 6 at 1pm at Georgia National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 at H.M. Patterson & Son, Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road, NE, Brookhaven, Georgia, 30319.
