Frances Moore Wilkins, formerly of Charlotte, died peacefully on February 13, 2011 at Canterbury Court in Atlanta at age 89. She was born on November 28, 1921 in Raleigh, NC. to Raymond Lemuel Moore and Helen Ball Moore. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Clarence Edwin Wilkins, Jr., daughter, Betsy Wilkins Robinson and her husband, Rutledge Lee Robinson, son, Edwin Grant Wilkins and his wife, Julie Lowery, grandchildren, Elizabeth Moore Robinson, John Rutledge Robinson and Caroline Frances Robinson.
