

H. Jack Fuller passed away on October 22, 2024. He was born November 20, 1944 in College Park, Georgia. Jack graduated from North Clayton High School in 1962, lettering in football, basketball, and track. After high school, his first job was with Fulton National Bank in downtown Atlanta. Later, Jack worked for the Coca Cola Company and attended Georgia State University at night, earning a BBA in Accounting. After college, he obtained his real estate license, formed North River Realty and began selling, developing, and converting condominiums in Columbus, Ga and Atlanta. He later formed the Fuller Companies and focused on buying, developing, and managing commercial and retail properties.
Jack was known for his strong will, unwavering determination, and his love and dedication to his family. Most people who knew Jack will remember his amazing sense of humor, always entertaining others with his quick one-liners and stories. He gave of himself freely, whether it was through his time, his resources, or simply his open ear and kind words.
Some of Jack’s fondest memories were spending time with family and friends on Lake Burton, as well as in Columbus, Sea Island, and St. Simon’s Island. He also enjoyed playing golf with his many friends at Capital City Club, where he was a member. Jack and his golf buddies adventured to golf courses both around the US and abroad.
Jack is survived by his soul mate and wife of 34 years, Peyton (Petie) Kimbrough Fuller. He is also survived by his children, Tina Fuller; Mindy Woody (Clay) and their children Ethan and Rachel; Brett Fuller (Lori), and their children Caroline and Abigail. He is also survived by Petie’s children, Katharine Flory (John), their children, Averett, Kate, Peyton, and Virginia and Edward French (Sharri) and their son, Fischer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Capital City Club – Brookhaven on October 30, 2024 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. All family and friends are welcome. He will be laid to rest in a private burial later that day at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs, Ga.
