Chase was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ray Amos and aunt, Teresa Morgan.
He is survived by his father, David (Andrea) Quarrels; mother, Tammy (Terry) Crowe; brothers, Logan (Tabatha) Mayo, Tyler (Lessie) Vaughn; sister, Kelsey (Tyler) Amos; grandparents, Charles and Faye Payne; James and Margaret Quarrels; girlfriend, Kenzie Harper; nieces and nephews: the girls and Lil Homie; aunts, Kelly Taylor, Amy McDuffie; uncle, Ron Payne; special aunt and uncle, Pop Kenneth and Kay Payne.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Vaughn, Logan Bryant, Chip James, Zac McCarver, Micah Sitz, Blake McClung, and Brier Harper.
Honorary Pallbearers are Jackson Taylor and Robby Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to UAB Callahan Eye Hospital.
