Funeral service will be held at 3 P.M. on Friday January 26, 2018 at Morgan Funeral Chapel.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 1 to 3 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service. Elder Ricky Harcrow will officiate.

Interment following at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory directing.

Mrs. Smith was a loving mother and grandmother, and of the Primitive Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred G. Smith; parents, Amon and Grace Brothers; Siblings, Irma Dell, Edith Mozelle, J.O. and Milford Brothers; and grandson, Clint Smith.

She leaves behind;

Sons, Bobby G. (Sara) Smith of Steele

Billy (Jane) Smith of Ashville

Douglas B. (Linda) Smith of Eastman, GA

Alvin (Diane) Smith of Galt, CA

And Barry L. Smith of Steele

Grandsons; Douglas II, Lance, Brad, Dan, Glen, Mark and Brent Smith.

Granddaughters, Misty Thomas and Lacey Smith.

Great grandchildren; Seth, Colby, Analeigha, Laura Jane, Benjamin, Jacob, Marleigh, Coy, Charlie, and Cas.

The following grandsons will serve as pallbearers; Douglas II, Lance, Brad, Dan, Glen, and Mark Smith.

The family wishes heartfelt thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff of Alacare Hospice, especially Jenna, Karen, Bridget, Misty and social worker, Lori. Thanks are also extended to special caregivers Jan Johnson and Martha Minyard .

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia Society or your favorite charity.
