Jimmy "Bud" David Ledbetter

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021, at 2pm at Morgan Funeral Chapel, for Jimmy "Bud" David Ledbetter. Bill Lackey will officiate. Burial is at Oak Hill Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel directing.

Bud, age 47, passed away unexpectedly at home with his wife present. Bud worked at USPS for numerous years. He was married to the love of his life and soulmate, Scarlet. He had a good heart and a fantastic sense of humor. He loved to cook and he loved family gatherings. Music was his passion. He loved playing his guitar and performing.

He is survived by his wife, Scarlet Ledbetter; parents, Jimmy and Nancy Ledbetter; daughter, Alex; son, Dawson; step-children, Chandler Peppers, Krystyn Freeman, Logan Watkins, and Zack Latham; sister, Natalie (Shannon) Key; grandmother, Willie (Bill) Roberson; grandchildren, Scarlett Rose, Oliver Elijah, Kynsley Freeman, Kylie Freeman, and Kooper Freeman; and well as numerous uncles and aunts whom he loved very much.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Freeman, Logan Watkins, Zack Latham, Dakotah Weathington, Noah Smith, Ricky Miller, and David Fortenberry. Honorary pallbear, Harold Collins.

Visitation will be at Morgan Funeral Chapel at noon until time of service.
