A Memorial Visitation will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel from 5 to 7 P.M. on Saturday March 4, 2017.

Joel graduated from Glencoe High School in 1978. After high school, Joel was employed by NASA in Houston- while a part of the NASA program, he received many awards including the SNOOPY Award from the astronauts, Shadow Fax in Madison, Wisconsin and World Wide Tech Services.
Mr. Parker is preceded in death by his mother, Jan Boyles; father, Gene Parker; grandparents, Johnny and Azile Boyles & Ernest and Mamie Parker.
He leaves behind;
