Funeral Service will be at 10:30 Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Morgan Funeral Chapel with Bro. Charles Bellew officiating. Visitation will be from 10 until 10:30am prior to the service.
Julia was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Everyone that met her loved her. She enjoyed fishing, trips to the beach, and going anywhere with Debra. Most of all she enjoyed her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Phillips; daughters, Cindy (Kris) Page and Tina Taylor; grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Bellew and Mason Caldwell; sister, Clara Mathis and special cousin, Debra Stone.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Toys for Tots.
