Mary Ann Keith Albert

Services for Mrs. Albert will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, January 07, 2025. A public visitation will be held in the Chapel at 1:00pm until the time of the Funeral service at 2:00pm. Interment will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery. Bro. Eddie Whitson to officiate.

Mary Ann was born in Gadsden, Alabama, on December 02, 1944, to Andrew Cephas Keith and Ethel Louise Whitt Keith. She attended Etowah High School and after graduation she went to the University of Montevallo. Mary Ann attended Jacksonville State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree, and went on to achieve her Master’s degree from the University of Alabama. She taught Special Education in Alabama and Texas for 30+ years. Mary Ann loved her family and was a gifted and talented crafter with a passion for sewing. She will be missed by so many.

Preceded in death by her father, A.C. Keith; her mother, Louise Keith; sister, Alice Sue Keith; brother, Garry Keith; son, John Paul Bowen; and her husband, William Louis Albert.

Mary Ann is survived by her son, James Andrew Bowen; granddaughter, Devyn Taylor Bowen; and brother, Charles Edward Keith.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers are members of Attalla Church of Christ.

Morgan Funeral Chapel oversees the arrangements.
