Mary Frances Burns Talton

Funeral Service will be Sunday April 9, 2017 at 3:30 pm at Kyuka Baptist Church. Rev Dave Burns and Rev. Jeremy Burns will be officiating. Burial will be in Kyuka Baptist Church Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel will be directing the service.

Mrs. Talton was a faithful Christian member and worker at Kyuka Missionary Baptist Church her entire life. She was employed at H.D. Lee, General Times and was a CNA for 4o years. She loved her family and church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ottis F Talton; parents, W.D. and Essie Burns, 11 siblings and 2 granddaughters.

She is survived by sons, David Talton of Attalla, Steve (Karen) Talton of Attalla; daughter, Joy Talton Fulmer of Attalla; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kyuka Baptist Church Building Fund. 410 Roden Rd. Boaz, AL 35956 C/O Virginia Mashburn.

Pallbearers will be nephews, Gayland Blanchard, Coleman Burns, Glennis Burns, Hollis Burns, Autry Burns, R.E. Burns, and James Anderson.

Honorary pallbearers will be former employed Pastors and Decons at Kyuka Church.

Special thanks to Amedisys & Hospice of Rainbow City, nurses, Krystin Hawk, Carman Wagnon, Brooke Silvers, and Elizabeth Sprayberry.

Visitation will be held at the church from 12:45 to 1:30 for family and 1:30 until 3:30 P.M. for friends prior to the service.
