He was a graduate of Emma Sansom High School. He was a proud United States Army Veteran. He loved taking care of his fur babies, Suzie and Maziee.
He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Lee Groover; mother, Kathryn Davis; stepfather, Sharley Davis; brother, Troy (Phyllis) Groover.
Ricky is survived by his sister, Kathie Jacobs; nephews, Jason (Jenny) Jacobs, John Jacobs, Jed Jacobs, Alan (Jennifer) Groover, Sean Groover; James Jacobs, Charlie Jacobs, Logan Jacobs; niece, Lilah Jacobs; friends, Bonnie Groover and Rachael Anderson.
