Wade was a loving father, husband, and grandfather. He devoted his life to his family and job.
He is preceded in death by parents, Estalee and Jerry Fadely.
He is survived by Holly Fadely, Chelsea Fadely, Jackson and Shane Ledbetter, Gage and Quita Fadely, LJ, Nivayah, Aubrie, and Niomi.
