Just thought of Lyle and found this.  I worked side by side with him at Fong and Fong and loved his sense of humor and ability to teach.  He was a great man.  Sorry to see that he passed a few years ago.

I wouldn't be who I am today without my Grandpa. My first best friend/dog was my Grandpa's dog Artemis. Because of his influence I have a love for gardening and food/eating. He was a generous & caring man.  Always made sure our plates were full & the fire was hot. He is watching over us now. Knowing just how loved & missed he is. 

Thanks for some of the best memories, outings with you and my dad, fishing, gathering firewood ,  building stuff, and enjoying outdoor activities.  
And always the family Holiday gatherings. You are missed!

I am so glad my dad got see my daughter get married. We were all there together as a family with relatives and friends. Even though he couldn't dance, our mom told us he would  do a butt shake dance when he did dance.  He was a great dad and great (great) grandfather! He will be missed and forever in my heart. 

My sweet dad loved the water! In his hey day, he was an avid water skier & lover of fast boats. Our family had a boat and I have fond memories of camping at the Colorado River and Salton Sea. I’m a fish because of him. He taught me to waterski. I had the privilege of teaching him to jet ski. He caught on quick!  

So sorry you're gone, damn you. we hold so many memories of the four of us,  camping with our motorhomes, crabbing on the Oregon coast, enjoying many meals together.
 You'll be dearly missed.
