Doug was my Basketball coach from Stile's to middle school then high school, I was so said to find this new's out. He was the best coach, I always had you in my heat. I'M TRULY SAID THAT YOU ARE GONE. I've have told My kids about you and now Grand kid. You have Changed My life though the year's just by are talk's before and after every game. My Best memory for you was the year we won every game, that year the hardest team  was Hazel park for us to beat and we only won by 1 point. But we all stop at Mc D's with Mr Brooks, Then you made us try to beat the Boy's team that didn't work the boy's was better...

in school.We got to know your mom and
dad later on in church, and they were
very special people.

Doug we were friends for many years, you spent almost time at our house as you did at yours, playing Avondale Football our Junior and Senior years, Our Senior Trip to Washington DC and the crazy pictures that were taken on the bus on the trip, Then our Graduations, so many fun memories .. Playing basketball, coaching the kids at Stiles in basketball, riding our motorcycles all over the place. I will always remember your full beard in the Winter time. Wish that we could have gotten together since I move back to MI. You will be missed by many my friend. RIP

 Darlene, It was sad for me to learn of Doug's death.  It seems we loose more family members every year.  All of us have many memories of good times for our family over the many years.  God Bless you and Bud.
