Jerald Joseph Cote

Jerald Cote of Kent, Washington, passed away suddenly January 25, 2011 from a battle with cancer. He was 80 years old. Born on March 28th, 1930 in Willow City, North Dakota, he grew up on the family farm. He married Bernice Erdman of Souris, North dakota on September 28, 1951. Their first home was in Williston, North Dakota where they started their family. In 1966, he moved his family to Washington State where he continued his career as a meat cutter until he retired in 1991. He loved boating, fishing, and camping. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Linda Call, Lorna Nyrose, Grayling Cote, and Garret Cote; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, February 5, 2011, in the Chapel at Price - Helton Funeral Home, 702 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA 98002.
