

Robert E. Lee Hart was born April 6, 1924 in McKinney, Texas, Collin County. Recently, Robert's
health declined and he passed peacefully from this world to be with the Lord on February 10, 2017. He was a resident of the Washington Soldier's Home, in Orting, Washington. Robert served in the Navy during World War II for three and a half years and was honorably discharged in 1945.
Sarah and Robert were married in 1947 and settled in Washington State, raising their four children and resided in their Renton home for forty four years. They were married for 62 years; Sarah preceded Robert in death on February 26, 2010. Both attended Trinity Baptist church for many years.
During their retirement days, they enjoyed traveling, reading and spending time with their children and grandchildren and many friends.
Robert is survived by his children; Monte Hart, Denise Hart and Veta Howard (Joyce Oldham, a daughter preceded him in death). His sister, Johnnie Wisdom of McKinney, TX . Also, survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Price-Helton Funeral Home (from hours 3-7 pm,) 702 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA. A Committal service will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 12:30 pm at the Tahoma Ntl. Cemetery in Kent, WA. Directly following the Commital service, a Memorial Service for Robert will be held February 23, at 2:00 pm, at Trinity Baptist Church, 18652 116th Ave. SE, in Renton, WA.
