Alvin T. Ellis was born in Logan County, KY on October 5, 1924 to parents Lena White and Willie Ellis. Alvin went to be with the Lord on November 3, 2012 in Winter Haven, FL. He served as a Deputy Sheriff for Polk County, and as a security guard for Cypress Gardens. Alvin loved the outdoors, especially fishing and gardening. He is survived by his daughters: Sheila Wade and Sharon Baker, and one son: Eddie Enfinger. He has four grandchildren. Alvin will be missed, and he has left behind a great legacy.
