Carissa is survived by her loving husband, Leonard A. Casper; children, Sebastian C. Brock, Isabella (Bella) Justine Brock, Jacob A. Casper, and Alexia B. Runnels; parents, Sheila Bishop and Stephen Bishop; sister, Lesley (Neil) Reed and their son Griffin Reed; brother, Stephen (Ayrica) Bishop Jr. and their children, Elizabeth Bishop and Stephen Bishop III.; brother, Matt (Nicole) Bishop, and their children, Matthew Bishop Jr. and Mila Bishop, grandmother, Lavada Bishop; as well as several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Carissa was the sweetest, kindest, and most generous person to know, and was loved by anyone who met her.
