Ethel spent 31 years as a Towerman and Dispatcher for the Division of Forestry, and was also a member of Beymer United Methodist Church.
Ethel is survived by her children, Jack H. Hammond Jr. (Kathy) of Copper Hill, TN, Brenda S. Turner of Zephyrhills, FL, and Sarah A. Chambers (Jim) of Auburndale, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack H. Hammond Sr.
