A member of Faith Baptist in Winter Haven, Leon had many interests and spent his spare time working on and racing cars, riding his motorcycle, dancing, and camping with his family. Prior to moving to Florida he was also a lifetime member of the Mount Aneta Fire Company.
Mr. Moyer is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara Moyer; his children, Charlotte King, Rodney Moyer (Jean), Lori Kutz, Jim Grumbling (Ginny), and Leon Moyer Jr., seven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and his beloved Maltipoo, Snuggles. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Ann Moyer, parents in law, Joe and Anna Stauffer, brothers Gene Moyer and Ronnie Moyer, as well as one son, Chris Moyer.
