Winter Haven- Margaret Virginia Zimmer, age 92, of Winter Haven, FL passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013. She was born on Friday, October 7, 1921 in Washington, DC the daughter of Ralph Bennett and Annie (Christianson) Bennett. She was employed with the US Air Force at the pentegon as a computer programmer. She was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church and a member of the American Rabbitt Breaders Association.
In addition to her parents and sibblings, Margaret was preceded in death by her husbands: Horace M. Curtis and Carl Zimmer. She is survived by her daughter: Charlene McClary, brother: Richard Bennett, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation is Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 10-11 am with funeral services at 11:00 am, both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 West Central Avenue, Winter Haven, FL 33830. Entombment to follow in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
