

Davana was a devoted Christian, loving wife, mother, and cherished “Granny.” She faithfully served as Vice President of the Ladies Ministry at Dearing Church of God, where she touched many lives with her kindness, faith, and dedication. She also worked at Kings Mill for nearly 20 years, where she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication.
She was preceded in death by her parents Reverend Postell Key and Frances Ford Key, her husbands, Delma Bedenbaugh, Don DonCarlos, and Raymond Fendley; her children, Frank Bedenbaugh and Delma Ray Bedenbaugh; and her siblings, John Key, Brenda Thompson, Joyce Hadden, Curtis Key, and Annette Irby.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, David Bedenbaugh and Frances (James) McCollum; her siblings, Carolyn (David) Jones, Danny (Linda) Key, and Joseph (Rosemary) Key; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Andrew McCollum, Steven Jump, Reid Walden, Wesley Jones, Brian Fulmer, and Ryan Key.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia 30906.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by interment at Westview Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Reverend David Jones, Dr. Brandon Key, and Reverend James McCollum.
Davana’s legacy of love, faith, and devotion to her family will live on in all who knew her.
