Eileen R. Johnston

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 10am at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park.

Born in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of the late William Raymond Martin and Catherine Carolyn Duffecy Johnston. Before moving to Augusta in 1990, she lived in Columbus, OH. Eileen was a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church and loved to spend time with her cat.

Eileen is survived by her daughter, Alexis Johnston, Augusta, GA; Diana M. White, Elizabethtown, KY; Rita (John) M. Kennedy, Augusta, GA; Barbara A. Martin, Lawrenceburg, IN, a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 19, 2012 from 6-8pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, with a Rosary service at 6:30pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd, Augusta, GA, 30909.
