Faye H. Lafferman

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 1pm at the Telfair Street Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 1134 Telfair St, Augusta with Rev. Jerry Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park.

A lifelong resident of Augusta, GA, she was a graduate of Richmond Academy and Augusta Beauty College. Faye was of Baptist faith and loved listening to the teachings of Dr. Charles Stanley. Her life was dedicated to her husband and children. Faye enjoyed shopping trips locally and to Atlanta, but her passion was her career of over 50 years and to her extended family (her clients) that she loved dearly.

Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Viola Newman, brother, Ed Nettles. She is survived by her husband of 50years, Ronald Lafferman, children, Phillip Lafferman, Augusta, GA, Hope (Kevin) Barker, Evans, GA, Edward Lafferman, Norcross, GA, grandchildren, Elizabeth Lafferman, Kayley Lafferman, Tyler Barker, Lindsey Barker, and her four legged family, Tilly, Minnie and Mouse.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
