Frances B. Kendrick

Augusta, GA- Frances B. Kendrick, 86, entered into rest on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Select Specialty in Augusta. Frances co-owned Georgia Paint and Body with her husband, Thomas for over 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Kendrick, son, Andrew “Buck” Lucas; stepdaughter, Pam Hilliard; step son, Ray Kendrick; and step grandson, Jonathan Hilliard.

She is survived by her daughters, Veronica Rountree of Augusta, and Angela (Donald) Raney of Paducah, KY; brother, Robert “Bob” Baurle of Augusta, GA; grandchildren, Lynn Rountree Dixon, Jason Lucas, Michael Raney; 6 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home Lumpkin Road Chapel. Interment will be in Glenn Hills Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Lucas, Robert Smith, Van Dixon, Lucas Dixon, James “Jimmy” Kendrick, and Barney Walling.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 8, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
