Frank was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He was a hardworking and dedicated man. He worked for the International Paper company for over 40 years.
In his spare time Frank enjoyed being outdoors in nature. He loved to hunt and go on trail rides.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years Rosemary Raborn and his daughter Melinda Griffin.
He is survived by his sons William “Billy” Raborn and Tommy Griffin, grandchildren Heidi Mobley and Megan Ward.
A visitation for Frank will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, GA 30906. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM, in the chapel at Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
Frank will be laid to rest in Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA 30906 following the service.
