Mrs. Prather was born to the late Hoi and Hoi Luu in Vietnam. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mrs. Prather had a kind and caring heart and loved everyone she knew. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, watching fish in bodies of water, socializing with friends and family and loved dogs.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Prather is preceded in death by her loving husband, Willie Prather; brother, Hinh Luu; and sister, Toan Luu. Survivors include her children, James Prather and Mary Visintainer (David); and grandchildren, Elijah Prather, Isabella Prather and Katrina Visintainer.
A funeral service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic church at 10am, Thursday, February 29, 2024. The family will receive friends from 5-7 on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin Road.
