Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Smith and her parents, Willie Jennings Williams Jr. and Nancy Grace Williams.
Patricia is survived by her son, Leonard Smith; her brother, Robert Williams (Kelley); her nieces, Heather Williams, Ashley Williams, Grace Williams; her nephew, Derek O’Mahoney and several great nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Elliott Sons Funeral Home at 2524 Lumpkin Rd Augusta, GA on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at 11 a.m.
Patricia will be laid to rest following the service at Westview Cemetery.
Patricia was well known for her DIY’er wide range of creativity. She was always working on something from crafting to building things. She was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and bowler. She had a special place in her heart when it came to caring for her fur babies and her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed deeply and her memory will be treasured by all forever.
