Patrick Kinsey Sr.

Mr. Kinsey is survived by his wife, Veronica Zawacki- Kinsey; his mother, OK Sun Kinsey; his father-in-law, Thomas Allen Zawacki; his children, Chelsea Paige Scrum (Jonathan), Patrick Brian Kinsey II, Kelly Victoria Hilley (Joshua), John Christopher Hall II (Jessika), Brittany O’ Neal Pinion (Dusty) and Amanda Lea Stewart (Eric); his grandchildren, Jonas Wood, Ace Ottoson, Harmony Hilley, Lynley Scrum, Strait Hilley, Ava Scrum, Charlie Hall, Alaric Pinion, Nova Pinion and Cameron Scrum.

A viewing will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 5 pm until 7 pm and on Saturday, December 20,2025 from 1 pm until 2 pm at Elliott Sons Funeral home at 2524 Lumpkin Road Augusta, GA 30906. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 2 pm with Reverend Edwin Ackerneecht officiating.

Mr. Kinsey will be laid to rest at Bellevue Cemetery in Grovetown, GA following the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Brian Kinsey II, Jamar Hawkins, James Pride, Brian Bailey, Jonas Wood and Ace Ottoson.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department.

Mr. Kinsey was a member of AYF and UYFL Football Leagues. He passed away after serving 29 years as an investigator at the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department. During his life he enjoyed watching football and thrift shopping, but his favorite was spending time with his mother and grandchildren. He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and friend. He is no longer here with us, but he will be missed dearly, and his memory will be treasured forever.
