William T Bass

KEYSVILLE, Ga. - Mr. William "Bill" Thomas Bass, 77, of Keysville, Georgia passed away Friday, January 14, 2011. Mr. Bass moved to Augusta as a child and remained until his retirement at which time Keysville became his home. He retired from Thermal Ceramics after thirty-two years of loyal service as a Maintenance Supervisor. Bill was an avid Braves fan and loved baseball. He is preceded in death by his son, Curtis Bass. Bill is survived by his wife, Jeane Johnson Bass; daughter, Pamela (Gary) Ussery; son, Keith (Darlene) Bass; sister, Merita Sanders; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home Saturday. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, January 16, 2011 in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
