Branislav Ljubenko, 74, of Aurora Colorado, passed away on November 18, 2015. He was born in Sarajevo on September 18, 1941 to Lazar and Marija Ljubenko. Branislav graduated from the University of Sarajevo, and after that married his love Zorica Lesic.
Branislav Ljubenko was an accountant and together he and Zorica raised children Bojan and Lana Ljubenko, he is a proud grandparent to Colleen as well as a proud Uncle to Karla Evans, and Drazen and Srdjan Beatovic. Branislav is now reunited with his love Zorica in the arms of the lord.
Branislav loved playing the guitar, fishing, cooking, and enjoyed traditional Serbian music and being surrounded with people, friends and family.
Our father Branislav loved people of all faiths and above all he appreciated a true humanity in others. He used to say in life’s difficult circumstances;
"Son, the most important thing in life is love. Love is like a garden that needs to be watered every day, who needs to be bathed in sun every day, and who needs to be taken care of, every single day.”
