Born May 17, 1949, in Nashville Tennessee, second child of Fannie M. (Fuller) and Harold A. Armstrong-Bey. Sister of Constance T. Armstrong-Bey all deceased (Ruby J). Survived by two sister, Georigianna and Barbara J Armstrong-Bey of Denver Colorado. One Son, Langston K. Jacobs (Shainika) and two grandsons, Elijah L and Josiah K. Jacobs. Many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
