Paul L. Butts, 89, passed away on February 11, 2015. He was born to the late Wesley L. Butts and Bonnie Long, in Milfay, Oklahoma on Dec. 22, 1925. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Allie Merle Butts, on Sept. 3, 2003. He served aboard the USS Franklin, CV13, “The ship that wouldn’t die”, during World War II.
He is survived by his sons, Garry and Freddie Butts, a brother, Dean Butts and wife Vera. Brother-in-Law, Ray McClendon. Sister-in-Law, Sue Petzold, Brother-in-law Leon McClendon. Grandson, Paul Butts and wife Christine, and Grandson Bryan Butts, and Nathan Sutera. Granddaughter, Kimberly Moore and husband Billy. Great Grandsons, Justin Moore, Jordon, Nicolas, Cabot, and Easton Butts, and Great Granddaughters Gabriel Sutera, Daisy Butts and the late Rose Butts. Farewell Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, may you rest in Peace forever.
