

Rudolph dedicated 25 years of honorable service to the United States Navy, retiring as a Commander in the Medical Corps. Throughout his distinguished career, he served in a variety of vital roles, including drill instructor, medical officer, and leader within multiple naval and marine units. While serving in the military, he obtained a medical degree at the University of Southern California School of Medicine and later pursued advanced medical training at the University of Washington. His service took him across the country, including assignments in San Diego, Camp Pendleton, Long Beach, Bremerton, Charleston, and Port Hueneme, among others. His dedication to both his country and the care of others defined his life’s work.
Following his military service, Rudolph made his home in Atlanta, where he combined his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for helping others by owning and operating his own urgent care clinic for more than a decade. Known for his compassion, dedication, and strong work ethic, he built lasting relationships within his community. He later continued his service to others through his work within the VA Hospital system, serving communities in Atlanta, San Diego, and the Rocky Mountain region.
Rudolph is survived by his children Christina Tacoronti, Miranda (Brian) Quintero, and Ash Tacoronti. He is also lovingly remembered by his beloved grandchildren, Luc, Rosalie, and Val, who brought him immense pride and joy. He is further survived by his older brother, Ronald Tacoronti; his younger brother, Duane Tacoronti; and his sister, Mary Ann Paragolia.
Rudolph found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. He loved trying new recipes, spending time with friends and family, and staying curious about the world, especially advancements in medicine. More than anything, he valued connection and community.
Those who knew Rudolph will remember him as a warm, generous, and spirited man who made others feel welcome wherever he went. He had a natural gift for bringing people together and had a deep belief in kindness and inclusion. He was especially passionate about supporting children in underserved communities and believed every child deserved access to learning, opportunities, and a brighter future.
A Graveside service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Veterans Memorial Park in Commerce City on June 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rudolph’s memory to a youth program of your choice.
