Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Tuesday December 16, 2014 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Dave for 54 years. Loving mother and best friend of Susan and her husband Scott Graham. Devoted Nana of Sean, Siobhan and Aidan. Connla will be missed by her companion Tofu. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Of Grace Church, 15347 Yonge Street, Aurora on Saturday December 20 at 1pm with a reception to follow. A special thank you to all of the nurses at Southlake Regional Health Centre in both emergency and the palliative care unit for their wonderful care and compassion, especially Anna and Vanessa.
