

She created long lasting friendships that continued through the years up to today. In 1965, she had her daughter Delia Maria who she raised in Guatemala for the first 16 years of her life.
As life so often changes, she met Donald Campbell and she embarked on her second journey of life in Canada in 1981. She gave birth to their son Richard and continued expanding her life with newfound friends and extended family.
Her years in Canada were full of love, friendships, travel, and happy memories.
She is survived by her daughter Delia De Luca (Frank), son Richard of Newmarket, her stepdaughter Wendy Comishen (Jim) of Barrie, Barbara of San Jose, California and stepson Peter of Calgary. She was a devoted grandmother and is survived by her six grandchildren Jessica, Mark, Michael (Kristen), Jennifer, Jason and Monica (Mike).
A celebration of Delia’s life will be held beginning with visitation from 4-8pm on Tuesday, June 6th at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora Ontario. This will be followed by a funeral service on Wednesday, June 7th at 1:00pm at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 79 Victoria Street, Aurora Ontario.
