A further note of remembering dear Eileen, from Lois Neely Roberts:
And I should have put this first, because the underpinning of your dear Mom's entire life was her deep faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  It was the basis for all she was, all that she said and did. Eileen loved her Bible and deeply respected the truth it taught.  She loved the ministry and fellowship of Fairhavens, and the volunteering she did there, along with dear Allan.

At Willowbank and Fairhavens we played together, and prayed together.  Because Eileen loved being "part of the Family of God".  -It brought her great joy, second only to the immense joy she had in  her precious children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The last line of that favorite hymn is "Oh magnify the precious name of Jesus, Praise His Name!"  And we'll do that -- today our dear Eileen is praising her Lord face to face. We bless her and love her for her godly, caring, joyful life.  But oh, how we will miss her.  I know I speak for all her Bermuda Bunch friends.  Lois Neely Roberts.

Dear Kathy, David and Sharon: What a lovely picture you chose of your dear Mom -- the Eileen we will always remember and treasure: so alive, so with-it, eager for each new adventure.  The loyal, caring friend. The superb cook.  The 'hostess with the mostest' for sure. I shall never forget dear Eileen and Al's many kindnesses to me since our first meeting with the "Bermuda Bunch" and all the wonderful times we shared at Willowbank.  The reunions they hosted in their lovely Sutton home and garden.
It is hard to believe they are no longer with us in this world, and our hearts go out to you who have been such wonderful, caring children. Your Dad loved to sing "Wonderful grace of Jesus" -- and that same grace is there for you during these very hard days. Blessings and prayers for you all.  Much love, Lois Neely Roberts.
