Leaving behind her son Andrew in Liverpool UK. She will be remembered dearly by many relatives in Scotland and around the world.
Oighrig had a deep connection to the Gaelic society of Toronto, along with teaching many people the Scottish Gaelic language. She was also a member and organizer for the Clan MacNeil.
During her working life, she greatly inspired many students as a guidance counselor at Sacred Heart High School in Newmarket. She had many careers and lived a full life. She was also an amazing singer and Scottish dancer.
Oighrig wishes were that there would be no funeral service.
Her ashes will be buried with her beloved husband Tony in the Spring at a graveside service at a later date to be confirmed.
