Tim, for 20 years you and Fay were not just our neighbours, but our friends and we consider you  family. Our girls grew up knowing that Mr. Tim and Mrs. Fay were always there and could be counted for anything.  The special visits with you both, where the girls would get to bake, do crafts and generally hang out  on your back deck will never be forgotten. 
Fay's thoughtfulness will be missed.

“Auntie Fay” was a wonderful person and so full of love and kindness!  Andrew and Rhona and I remember coming to see Uncle Tim and Auntie Fay after school as children, and Fay would always have a fresh homemade pie to slice up and share with us and was so interested to hear about our day.  I remember you both visiting us in Florida after we moved, and I have great memories of the work term I had in Toronto when you were both kind enough to let me stay with you in your home.  I remember all the time and effort you both put in to help renovate Mum’s house in Waterloo – over a period of a year or two! - including removing the aboveground pool, building a deck, fixing structural issues, fixing the roof, and helping us turn the basement bar room into two bedrooms and a bathroom to allow her to be financially self sufficient through renting out the resulting three bedroom apartment to students.  You were both such faithful friends to Mom and to our family!  I remember the laughs, how put out Fay pretended to be when she was “replaced by a clamp” when helping to hold wooden boards for Tim to cut them with his saw.  She was always so full of life, love and laughter, and we will miss her very much.

Fays favourite flower is putting on quite a show this year with seventeen.

Aunt Fay will be dearly missed. She loved to do special crafts with Julianna and Tori when we visited. She took pride in her beautiful flower gardens. Her lady slipper that my dad got for her was one of her favourite flowers. We enjoyed her many visits to Marmora. Our condolences to Uncle Tim. ❤️

You came into my life in 1986 and took care of me like your son. Even though we haven't met often since then, you always had a place in my heart and always will.

Tu es apparu dans ma vie en 1986 et a pris soin de moi comme ton fils. Même si depuis, nos rencontres étaient peu nombreuse, tu avais toujours une place dans mon cœurs et il en sera toujours ainsi.

Aunt Fay a kind loving person who loved to help or assist with anyone who needed help! Enjoyed her visits to Marmora to visit family. Aunt Fay lived watching and feeding the birds, gardening and having time with her two favourite dogs  Mia and Abby. She was a wonderful wife and friend to many. Rest in Peace and Fay,  love your niece Carrie!♥️

We will truly miss Fay’s friendship, the laughter we shared, the wonderful meals enjoyed together, and the many special moments spent in each other’s company. She brought warmth, kindness, and joy to those around her, and her memory will always hold a special place in our hearts.
